Yes. The design system is intended to be customized. You can change typography, colors, sections, content and integrations, or hire Design Core Hub to handle the work.
No. The theme license covers the theme package. Custom design, setup and development are separate services.
The regular license covers one production website. Extended or multi-site usage requires the appropriate license.
Theme updates are included according to the license terms. Custom code may require separate maintenance.
