Where do I download purchased themes?

Purchased products appear in My Account → Downloads.

Can support customize my website?

Support can handle eligible maintenance tasks. Larger design or development changes are scoped as customization work.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the website URL, platform, theme version, a clear description of the issue and screenshots or steps to reproduce when possible.

Do you provide emergency support?

Priority support can be included in higher maintenance tiers. Availability should be defined in the final service agreement.
